Irving (Texas) Firemen’s Relief & Retirement Fund hired Radcliffe Capital Management to run $15 million in an ultrashort duration fixed-income strategy and invested $15 million in Serenitas Credit Gamma Fund, a credit hedge fund managed by LMCG Investments. Funding will come from reductions in investments in Vanguard Group fixed-income mutual funds.
