Mr. Gordon is a Managing Director primarily focused on portfolio management, idea generation, fundamental due diligence and credit analysis. He joined the firm in March 2016. Prior to Radcliffe, Mr. Gordon was an Assistant Vice President of Debt Capital Markets at First Niagara Bank, N.A., where he was responsible for evaluating, structuring, and executing middle market leveraged finance transactions and C&I loan syndications. Prior to First Niagara, Mr. Gordon was an Associate at LBC Credit Partners, a middle market direct lending firm, where he was responsible for the research and underwriting of investments. Prior to LBC, Mr. Gordon was an Analyst at Citigroup Inc. Mr. Gordon received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, cum laude, from Villanova University in 2010.
